Resumen: At the time of writing there exists no consensus about the approaches to detect, propagate and describe changes in resources and datasets of the Linked Open Data Web. This survey gives a comprehensive overview of the current technical solutions and a comparison of such based requirements we derived from use cases the community came up with.
